Enriched with 14 active botanical extracts and antioxidant powerhouses, Aquus hydrates and brightens the skin, resulting in a plumper, smoother and more youthful complexion. Mamaku: Also known as New Zealand Black Fern, Mamaku is a plant extract traditionally used by the Maori people as a medicine. When applied to the skin, it tightens and lifts the skin, while also offering intense hydration and promoting cell renewal, collagen production and optimal levels of elastin.
New Zealand Red Seaweed: This sustainably harvested antioxidant is a superior alternative to hyaluronic acid. It reverses photo-ageing and combats damage sustained from exposure to free radicals. It also helps to hydrate the skin and lock in moisture.
New Zealand Pohutukawa: Sustainably extracted from the iconic NZ ‘Christmas Tree’, Pohutukawa contains Ellagic Acid, which is an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. It soothes damaged, broken and irritated skin, while also working to reduce redness and offer deep moisturisation.
Gotu Kola Extract: This traditional herbal medicine is rich in amino acids, beta carotene and antioxidants. It boosts circulation, supports cell production and stimulates the skin’s natural hyaluronic acid synthesis to reverse premature ageing.
Blueberry Oil: Our Blueberry Oil is upcycled and works as a powerful blue light defender. It offers natural protection from high energy visible light exposure (from the digital devices). Blueberry oil is also a natural source of pro retinol and it’s high in linoleic acid, which makes it a wonderfully nourishing anti-ageing ingredient.
How to use:
For optimal hydration, use Aquus daily in your morning and evening skincare regime.
After cleansing, apply 2-4 drops of the serum to your skin.
Allow the serum to absorb before finishing with an oil (we love our No. 29).
For intense hydration, treat your skin with a mask (we love our Honne Glow Mask) before using Aquus.
Note: Do not use Aquus in combination with products containing AHAs, BHAs or PHAs as these will reduce the effectiveness of the peptides in the formulation.
